Kokae makes a premium hydrolysed Swiss collagen for a discerning luxury audience — a small, hard-to-reach buyer, in a category flooded with cheaper alternatives and a high bar to convert. We have been their paid-media and creative partner for over a year. The through-line of the work is simple: a luxury buyer is not one person. We build distinct creative for each pocket of motivation — the aesthete, the ingredient-reader, the skeptic, the gift-giver — and meet each of them with the angle that actually moves them.

The Challenge
A premium product in a crowded, price-led category
Collagen is everywhere, and most of it competes on price. Kokae does the opposite — a clean, high-dose, hydrolysed Swiss formula at a premium price point, sold to a customer who is discerning, sceptical of supplement marketing, and hard to find at scale.
That makes paid acquisition genuinely difficult: the audience is narrow, the conversion bar is high, and a single generic “buy collagen” message leaves most of the demand on the table. Winning here is not about spending more — it is about saying the right thing to the right person.

Beyond the Feed
We don’t stop at the ad.
Great ads only pay off if the page they point to converts — so we took the funnel apart by source. The ads were doing their job: they sent qualified, high-intent traffic to the product page at well above benchmark. But that is where it stalled — most of those visitors left without ever adding to cart, while every step before and after stayed healthy. The leak was the product page itself.
And one product carries the business — the Kollagenpeptide page draws several times the traffic of anything else, and the lion’s share of revenue. We scoped a structured, education-led rebuild of that single page, modelled to pay for itself within the first month at no extra ad spend.
