The Challenge

UPGRID entered the Swiss renewable energy market with a new law (LEG 2026) enabling local solar communities for the first time. They needed to go from zero digital presence to market leader before competitors caught up — targeting municipalities, property owners, and renters across German-speaking Switzerland.

Our Solution

We built everything from scratch: brand book and visual identity, a complete website redesign, Meta and Google Ads campaigns optimized for registrations, a Brevo email nurture sequence with 2.4x industry-average open rates, and an 11-article content hub that became the go-to resource for Swiss energy law.
