The Challenge

Flariel launched into Gen Z skincare with no audience, no recognition, and direct competition from billion-dollar incumbents. They needed brand work that could cut through noise and paid campaigns that could scale profitably from day one.

Our Solution

Built brand positioning around an authentic Gen Z voice, structured Meta ad campaigns from scratch, and stayed close to creative and copy at every iteration. Expanded campaigns from Italy into Switzerland once the core market started showing repeatable demand.

The Results

Revenue tripled since the start of the engagement, with AOV climbing as the brand matured and audience trust compounded. Ad spend is now scaling profitably and the brand has the foundation to expand into adjacent European markets.
